The new show will have Rochelle adding glam quotient in the role of a nurse.
"People saw different aspects of my personality in my previous shows. 'The Kapil Sharma Show' will now give me the opportunity to take that forward. I am hoping to carry on the other side of me, which is funny and emotional," Rochelle said in a statement.
The 27-year-old former Miss India International hosted season six of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and was also seen as a contestant on season five of "Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi".
"The Kapil Sharma Show" will premiere on April 23 on Sony.
