Leading stock exchange BSE today said Roland Schwinn has resigned as shareholder director of the company.
Schwinn was the head of Eurex Asia, the derivatives market of the Deutsche Boerse Group for Asia, Pacific and the Middle East, according to BSE's website.
He had joined Eurex in 2007 as head of business research until he took over the business development role for the Asia Pacific region in July 2007.
"We would like to inform you that, Roland Schwinn has tendered his resignation as shareholder director, from the board of the company, with effect from April 2, 2018, due to other commitments," BSE said in a regulatory filing.
Last month, the exchange had appointed David Wright as a public interest director on its board.
