Boyzone star Ronan Keating says he is determined to get back in shape.
The 40-year-old pop star says his unsociable working hours give him the perfect excuse to spend more time in the gym to get back his chiselled abs, reported Daily Star.
"I'm up at four but I finish at ten - I want to use the time to go to the gym every day, and get back in the best shape, that's my goal. I'm only 40, that's young enough to train hard, work hard," says Keating.
The singer has reunited with Boyzone for the band's re- launch and says despite their advancing years, the group - which also includes Keith Duffy, Michael Graham and Shane Lynch - looks as good as ever.
