Rs 11 lakh looted from employees of labour supplier firm

Armed miscreants today looted Rs 11 lakh from two employees of a private construction company under Daud Nagar police station area in Bihar's Aurangabad district, a police officer said.
The incident took place near the office of a under-construction bridge as three motorcycle-borne miscreants intercepted a bike and looted a bag containing the cash from two employees of Star Construction Company at gun point, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Javed Anwar said.
The construction company employees had withdrawn the amount from Daud Nagar branch of a nationalised bank for company-related works, he said.
A case has been registered in this connection and raids were on to nab the culprits, the DSP said.
