"In each constituency, RSS leaders will monitor the efforts by the party workers who have been asked to encourage people to cast their vote," said a senior BJP leader.
He also said that the decision to appoint a RSS leader in every constituency was taken at the top level.
BJP has set a target of winning Delhi polls with two- thirds majority.
There are over 1.33 crore voters in Delhi and they will decide the fate of 673 candidates in the fray for the elections.
According to Election Commission, voting will take place at 12,177 polling stations, of which 714 have been identified as "critical" while 191 were classified as being "highly critical".
For the first time, indelible ink will be applied with brush instead of wooden stick.
