Two 'Path Sanchalans' were taken out from Maharaja college which were merged at Ajmeri gate and later returned to the college.
In different places, people welcomed the processions by showering flower petals.
The volunteers assembled at the Maharaja college ground where Shastra-poojan was performed, according to a spokesperson.
RSS's Akhil Bharatiya Seva Pramukh Suhas Rao Hiremath addressed the volunteers.
Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria, Social Justice minister Arun Chaturvedi, senior BJP leaders were also present on the occasion.
