Police said narcotic substances, including ketamine, were seized during the crackdown in which the Moscow based DJ Psykovsky alias Vasily Markelov and five youths were arrested from the hotel last night.
The raid was conducted based on a tip-off, they said.
Police have registered a case against Psykovsky and others under non-bailable offences. He has also been charged for violating visa norms, police said.
