According to a representative of the 39-year-old actress, the break up reports are mere rumours, reported E!Online.
Earlier there were reportes that the couple, who began dating in 2011 after meeting on the set of a movie, had parted ways during the festive season last year due to differences in their perspectives towrads life.
"They started having problems back in September. They decided to quietly call it off for good around Christmas. There is no ill will," a source had been quoted as saying to InTouch magazine.
