SAD leader's son held for misbehaving with senior cop

Jagdish Singh, the son of SAD leader of Nabha area Makhan Singh Lalka, misbehaved with the SHO, Amloh, Ravinder Kumar after he stopped his car at a checking barrier last night for unauthorised use of red beacon fitted to his vehicle, Fatehgarh Sahib SHO Hardayal Singh Mann said.

While the driver of the car agreed to remove the beacon, Singh came out of the vehicle and misbehaved with the police official for stopping it, Mann said.

Further probes are on into the incident, the SHO added.
