Sadbhav Infra inks pact with arm for road stretch maintenance

Sadbhav Infrastructure Project today said it has signed a contract worth Rs 150 crore with its arm SVHPL for maintenance and repair works of a national highway stretch in Maharashtra.
"The company has signed maintenance contract with Sadbhav Vidarbha Highway Private Ltd (SVHPL, a wholly owned subsidiary), worth Rs 150 crore for maintenance and repairs work during the development period and construction period" of NH 361 stretch, Sadbhav Infrastructure said in a BSE filing.
The works pertain to four-laning of Waranga to Mahagaon section of NH 361 in Maharashtra under National Highways Development Project on hybrid annuity mode.
