Sandhar Tech shares gain over 4% in debut trade

Shares of Sandhar Technologies opened for trade on bourses with a gain of over 4 per cent against its issue price of Rs 332 today.

The stock listed at Rs 345, a gain of 3.91 per cent from the issue price on BSE.

On NSE, shares of the company debuted at Rs 346.10, up 4.24 per cent.

In terms of equity volume, 7.84 lakh shares of the company were traded on BSE and over 61 lakh shares changed hands at NSE in morning trade.

The company's Rs 512-crore IPO was open during March 19-21 and was subscribed 6.2 times.

The price band was fixed at Rs 327-332.

ICICI Securities and Axis Capital were the book running lead managers to the offer.
