"Santa Clarita Diet", featuring Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant, is getting a third season at Netflix.
The new installment of the horror comedy, with a 10-episode run, is slated to premier next year, Deadline reported.
The main cast of the show, including Barrymore, Olyphant, Liv Hewson and Skyler Gisondo, are set to reprise their roles.
The announcement comes less a month-and-a half after the second season of the show aired on March 23.
Created by Victor Fresco, "Santa Clarita Diet" follows real state agents Joel (Olyphant), wife Sheila (Drew) and their daughter Abby (Liv Hewson).
Their dull life in Los Angeles suburb of Santa Clarita drastically changes after Sheila becomes an overnight zombie which makes her crave for human flesh. Joel and Sheila try to maintain their marriage while killing humans to feed the latter's growing appetite.
Both Barrymore and Olyphant executive produce.
