Prokop, who allegedly choked and threatened the 23-year-old actress, is now ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Hyland and her home, TMZ reported.
Prokop is also not allowed to go near her workplace and posses gun or ammunition. The protection also includes Hyland's dog Barkley Bixby. Prokop is ordered to stay 100 yards away from the pet and not allowed to attack, threaten or harm it in any way.
In her September 19 filing, Hyland said that Prokop choked her during an altercation in May.
He also said she would not see her dog again.
