Goa's Dayne Coelho finished second. Both Satteppa and Dayne had exactly the same number of points and the former won in the tie-braker.
In Race 10, sailed in light morning winds of about 8 knots, Dayne was trailing in third place at the end of the first beat.
He then put in a fine effort to overtake AYN's Satteppa on the run, closing in on race leader Jerome Kumar by the second rounding of the windward mark.
Jerome Kumar capsized rounding the last mark, to yield second place to Satteppa. The winds built up to 10 knots by the start of Race 11.
The armymen, with Jerome Kumar in the lead followed K Arjun Reddy and Satteppa, outmaneuvered Dayne on the beat.
The youngster had to put in an extra tack at the mark, falling back to fourth place. He repeated the error on the second rounding, but recovered a position on the run to overtake Satteppa and finish third.
In Race 10, she was gifted the win when Rhea Fernandes, who was leading, capsized right before the finish line.
In the Raceboard Youth Men's class, Chadwick D'Mello and David Estibeiro pulled surprises, the former winning Race 11 and the latter Race 12, to prevent a clean sweep by Raunak Pai.
Raunak was over the start line in Race 11, and had to re-start, losing time.
In the Techno 293 Youth Men, Myron Gomes won all three races.
In the Raceboard Men's Open class the struggle between AYN's Manoj Kumar Kore and his compatriot Manpreet Singh tilted in the former's favour when Kore finished ahead of Singh in Races 11 and 12.
