Saugata Roy says PM's press meet 'defeatist'

Senior Trinamool Congress leader and former Union minister Saugata Roy said that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's press conference today sounded "very defeatist" to him as he admitted to his failure on price rise, corruption and employment generation.
"The marksheet seems to be very negative as far the PM is concerned, which is why he is thinking of hanging up his boots and hand over the baton to Rahul Gandhi," Roy, a Lok Sabha member, told PTI.
