The SBT team, which did not lose any match in the event, were trailing 0-2 during half-time but came back into the game and pumped four goals in the later part on the game.
In the thrilling final match the Jammu and Kashmir team dominated the first half but their forward line up could not open the account and missed a few easy chances.
The SBT squad came back strongly in the second half and as in the 52nd minute the SBT team earned a penalty shot, mid-fielder Rinil C J calmly placed the ball into the net.
Top scorer of the tournament Mohammad Aslam raided the opponent and passed to Suhair who equalised in the 80th minute (2-2).
Both the teams were locked 2-2 at the regulation time. SBT team pumped two goals in the extra time and lifted the gold cup and with that cash prize money of Rs 1 lakh.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar later gave away the prizes to the winner and runners-up teams.
