Schemes like Jan Dhan will benefit women most: Modi

The government's schemes like Jan Dhan and LPG subsidy will benefit women the most, Prime Minister Narendra Modi told a delegation of BJP's women's wing asking them to take this message forward.
In a statement released here, BJP said that president of its Mahila Morcha, Vijaya Rahatkar, and 15 other women office bearers of Mahila Morcha, called on Modi on the occasion of International Women's Day.
The Prime Minister released a souvenir compiled by the BJP Mahila Morcha, titled "Hamaari Uplabdhiyaan," which highlights the achievements of the NDA government.
Interacting with the gathering, Modi said that schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, and PAHAL (Direct Transfer of LPG Subsidy), are helping in ending corruption, and will benefit women the most, the statement said.

Modi also urged the Mahila Morcha to take this message to women across the country, and also to publicise various welfare schemes that have been announced in the recent Union Budget, the statement said.
