The oath-taking programme, Anuvrat, was organised by Archarya Tulsi Birth Centenary Committee at Adhyatmik Sadhna Kendra.
It saw participation of eminent personalities like former president A P J Abdul Kalam, Nepal government's Minister of Information & Communication, BJP MP Meenakshi Lekhi, actor Anil Kapoor and director Satish Kaushik, according to a press release.
"I have worked a lot with Archarya ji Tulsi all over India in this Anuvrat movement. It was our vision to create heaven on earth. Every school student should follow rules of Anuvrat for ignited and bright India," the release quoted Kalam as saying.
