The accused 30-year-old computer teacher who was victim's uncle has been sent to jail, they said.
On Monday, the girl, a class Xth student, was alone at her home when the accused reached her home and on the pretext of a school function asked her to accompany him.
But instead, he took the girl to his near-by mobile repairing shop where he allegedly raped the girl, police said.
The teacher had threatened the girl of dire consequences if she divulge the matter to anyone.
However, when the girl's parents came to know about it, they lodged an FIR against the accused.
