Rahul Aggarwal, a 2012-batch Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Service (DANICS) officer, who was posted as SDM, Saraswati Vihar, was arrested along with three others late last night, CBI sources said today.
Following his arrest, a search was carried out at Aggarwal's house during which CBI seized a large amount of cash, they said.
