A double-storey wooden building was partially gutted after a fire broke out this evening in Shankli, a suburb of Shimla town.
The building, Goolri House, is about hundred years old and was locked when the fire broke started.
Some neighbours informed the fire brigade, after noticing smoke billowing out of the building, which brought the fire under control within an hour.
It was intriguing that the same building caught fire on November 22 last year when a LPG cylinder exploded.
Fire brigade officials said, there were no reports of injuries as the building was empty.
