Security forces recover IED

Security forces today recovered an improvised explosive device (IED) from Khokro village in East Singhbhum district, police said.
In course of the search operation, the District Armed Police and CRPF personnel stumbled upon the explosives kept hidden under a container by the Maoists, said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ajay Kerketta.
He said the security forces recovered an IED and seven electrical detonators, besides three switches.
The explosive was defused by the bomb disposal squad, he added.
