Seema Bahuguna to replace Bhamati as Addl Secy, MoRD

Senior IAS officer Seema Bahugana has been appointed as Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser in the Ministry of Rural Development.
Bahuguna is a 1983 batch officer of Rajasthan cadre.
The vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of B Bhamathi, a 1979 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, on August 31, an official release said today.
H S Kingra, a 1980 batch officer of Indian Forest Service, has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director of National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
