Director General Medical Services (Navy), Surgeon Vice Admiral Bipin Puri, Director General Medical Services (Army), Lt Gen Velu Nair and representatives from stakeholders, including the National Disaster Management Authority, BARC, Institute of Nuclear Medicine & Allied Science and other eminent speakers are participating in the seminar, it said.
