Seven more services under Public Services Guarantee Act by J-K

The new services have been notified through a government order on July 16, an official spokesman said today.

The new services include obtaining No Demand Certificate (NDC) from District Industries Centres for employment purposes and registration of new industrial units from Industries and Commerce department, he said.

Issuances of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for employment and Registration of unemployed youth by the Labour and Employment Department have been included in the PSGA, the spokesman said, adding similarly obtaining copy of the Voter list and marriage Certificate under Hindu Marriage Act from Revenue Department also have been notified as new services.

The state government has already notified 45 services of the six departments for delivering basic public services to the eligible persons under the Act which also include services like issuance of State Subject Certificates, Reserved Category Certificates and various Revenue extracts.
