Additional Session Judge N K Sharma also imposed a fine of Rs.5000 on Danaram, Prabhuram, Bheraram, Mularam, Surjaram, Kaluram, and Ramkisan yesterday, failing which they will have to undergo additional imprisonment of one month.
The victim Chimnaram Nayak was beaten to death by the seven over his alleged illicit relations with a woman of their family in Sherpura village in Bikaner district.
The case was lodged against them in Mahajan Police Station of Bikaner district by Dev Karan, brother of the deceased Chimnaram.
