Sex racket busted in Faridabad; 17 held

A flesh trade racket was busted and 17 persons, including eight girls and three pimps, were arrested from Sector 16 of the district here, police said today.
The sex racket was busted in Sector 16 of the Faridabad district last night and eight girls, six customers and three pimps were arrested, a police spokesperson said.
Police was tipped about the racket, after which two cops were sent to the pimps as decoy customers along with marked currency notes, said the spokesman.
As soon as the pimps took the notes from the policemen, they were arrested, he added.
The arrested girls are from Delhi and Faridabad, the spokesman added.
