Shah case: CBI to take decision on appeal after studying order

CBI today said it will take a decision on whether to appeal against a Mumbai Special Court order discharging BJP chief Amit Shah from Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter killings of 2005 after studying it.
When asked whether the agency will file an appeal, CBI spokesperson said here, "We will study the order once we receive it and thereafter take an appropriate view."
