The movie was shot over three nights at Wembley Stadium this summer, when he played to a total of 270,000 people,
According to the Sunday Times Rich List, Sheeran is seventh on the list of wealthiest musicians under 30, with a fortune of 20 million pounds.
His tour earnings are detailed in accounts lodged with Companies House and cover the 12 months to the end of March this year. By that point the star had played 99 of 179 planned shows.
Earlier this year another of his companies filed separate accounts showing he earned nearly 3.4 million pounds from record sales and royalties in 2014 alone.
