Small screen actress Shilpa Agnihotri has become the fifth celebrity to be ousted from the controversial 'Bigg Boss' house today.
The 31-year-old actress, who is known for her role as Ganga in the popular soap opera 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi', feels the reason she was evicted so early is because she did not indulge in fights and controversies.
"I do not like to create unnecessary controversy. I was a reactor to situations. I could not just start a fight just for the sake of content and I feel this is the reason I am out of the house so early," Shilpa told PTI after her eviction.
Other contestants who were nominated for eviction this week were Kamya Punjabi, VJ Andy, Tanishaa Mukherji and Armaan Kohli.
However, Shilpa hopes her husband Apurva Agnihotri, who is also a contestant in the house, will have a longer stay.
In the Salman Khan hosted reality show, 14 celebrity contestants are holed up in a house for three months without any connection from real world with cameras following their every movement.
One of them gets eliminated every week on the basis of audience's vote after a nomination by house members.
Previously Hazel Keech, Rajat Rawail, Anita Advani and Ratan Rajput have been evicted from the show.
