Shivsena activists detained

A group of Shivsena activists was detained today while they were going to the Kashi-Vishwanath temple on the occasion of Shivratri.
In view of law and order, no political outfit is permitted to carry out any kind of religious ritual at the Kashi Vishwanath temple, police said.
"Over 25 Shivsena activists were detained by police near Church crossing at Godowlia while they were leading towards the Kashi-Vishwanath temple for offering Jalabhishek, Superintendent of Police (City), Rahul Raj said.
All of them were released by the police after few hours, he added.
