"Prima facie he has been found guilty and therefore he has been given 'Line Hazir' punishment. The outcome of the probe will be known once Deputy SP Ajai Kumar, who is investigating the matter, submits enquiry report," SSP Rakesh Singh said.
"The woman's husband is in jail as he was involved in liquor and other narcotics smuggling," the SSP said.
The woman has alleged that the SHO "has taken my mobile number and assured me help when I came to police station to give food to my husband when he was arrested. I was called to a place where I was raped, when my husband was sent to jail".
