Short-circuit leads to fire in bank, one killed

A youth was today killed and another injured after being trapped in fire that broke out in a bank here due to short-circuit, police said.
Ajay Kumar (26) was killed and one person injured after being trapped in the fire that broke out in Poorvanchal Bank at railway station road, Superintendent of Police (SP), KC Goswami said.
The fire spread to nearby shops and was later doused by fire brigade, he added.
The injured person has been admitted to the hospital, where his condition was stated to be stable, police said adding, exact loss due to fire is yet to be ascertained.
