The Chennai-based company registered consolidated net profit at Rs 152.52 crore during the year ago period.
The consolidated total income from operations for the January-March 2015 quarter soared to Rs 919.12 crore from Rs 832.80 crore, Shriram City Union said in a BSE filing.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2015, consolidated net profit of the company went up by 7.45 per cent to Rs 575.35 crore, from Rs 535.41 crore in the year ago period.
The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 10.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each. This was in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 4.50 per equity share paid on November 21, 2014, it said.
