Steven Knight has penned the script, which is the story of a chef who gathers a crew in an attempt to create the best restaurant ever.
Wells, Michael Shamberg, Stacey Sher and Erwin Stoff are producing the film.
This project marks the reunion of Miller and Cooper, who have just wrapped the shooting of Clint Eastwood next, 'American Sniper.
