Sikkim kickboxers to take part in natl championship

A 20-member team of boxers are going to take part in WAKO India Cadet and Seniors National Kickboxing Championship to be held at Haryana State Sports Complex in Faridabad from 18 to 20 December.
The team is scheduled to leave on 15 December for the championship, officials said.
The state team members have been undergoing a 15-day coaching camp under the chief coach, Bidhan Ballav Subba here at Paljor Stadium complex.
The state team comprises of 5 cadet, 7 senior women and 8 senior men. For most of the team members this will be their first participation in a national championship.
