The 54-year-old 'X Factor' judge welcomed his son with girlfriend Lauren Silverman on Valentine's Day, reported Daily Star.
"Simon is a true Brit and wants to make sure Eric grows up knowing he has a home in the UK as much as the States. 'Simon has made no secret that he would like Eric to have an English accent, rather than an American one," a source said.
"The lad's granny, Julie, lives in England as do lots of Simon's friends, including Sinitta. There is also talk about sending Eric to school in the UK, the source added.
