Sonu Jatav had parked his car in a narrow street outside his uncle's house here last night. Some time later Vikas Gurjar allegedly hit Jatav's car as the lane was steep and an argument broke out between them, SHO, Indirapruam, B R Zaidi said.
The argument soon intensified with Gurjar allegedly hitting Jatav. However, some locals intervened and the matter was resolved, he said.
But later, Gurjar reached Jatav's house with his family members and a clash broke out between two groups in which people from both sides thrashed each other, Zaidi said.
Two of the six, Yashpal and Gopi Chand, were critically injured in the incident, Zaidi said, adding a case has been registered against 15 named and 30 unidentified persons under relevant sections of IPC and SC/ST Act.
12 of the accused have been taken into custody so far, the officer said, adding additional police force has been deployed in the area.
