Six members of a family killed in road accident

Six members of a family from Kerala, including two children and a woman, were killed today and one suffered serious injuries when their car collided with a lorry at Chattirapatti, about 40 kms from here, police said.
The family members from Thrissur were proceeding to Velankanni when the driver of the car overtook a lorry without noticing another lorry coming in the opposite direction resulting in the collision.
The deceased were identified as Alex, Johnson, Isaki, Daniel, Jisu and Lisi.
