SL Navy arrests four TN fishermen
Press Trust of India Rameswaram Four fishermen were arrested by Sri Lankan naval personnel for allegedly fishing in the island nation's territorial waters off Neduntheevu today.
The Navy also took their boat into custody, T Sesuraja, President, All Fishermen Association, said.
The Navy had on September 30 arrested 16 fishermen of Pudukottai on charges of crossing International Maritime Bounday Line. Later a court there remanded them to judicial custody till October 10.
