Lulla has designed a lehenga for lead actor Drashti Dhami's (Madhubala) marriage sequence on the show. She describes the maroon outfit as "a blend of opulence and elegance".
"TV today has changed a lot from the past. The audiences have matured and take inspiration from TV. It always feels good working on this platform. People are keen to know what are the ongoing trends and follow serials for that," Lulla said.
The ace designer also said it has become much easier to work today as so much is readily available in Indian markets.
"A pair of jeans that was worn in the film 'Lamhe' is a ready made article today, but back then we had to stitch everything ourselves," she added.
Lulla's forthcoming Bollywood projects include Rajnikant's 'Kochadaiyaan', Gunasekhar's 3D period-drama 'Rudhramadevi' and two Hindi movies which she could not name.
