Small sugar edges down in listless trade

Small sugar prices edged down in an otherwise listless Vashi wholesale market here today following mild demand from stockists and bulk consumers.
While, medium sugar ruled steady in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
Small sugar (S-30) prices eased by Rs 2 per quintal at Rs 3,610/3,755 from Monday's close at Rs 3,612/3,755.
However, medium sugar (M-30) closed unchanged at Rs 3,716/3,862 per quintal.

Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 3,610/3,755 (Rs 3,612/3,755).
Medium sugar (M-30) quality: Rs 3,716/3,862 (Rs 3,716/3,862).
