Small sugar rules mixed in lacklustre trade

Small sugar prices continued to remain mixed in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi wholesale market here today due to alternate bouts of buying and selling.
While, medium sugar maintained a steady trend in the absence of any largescale buying activity.
Small sugar (S-30) quoted at Rs 2,512/2,651 per quintal from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 2,522/2,642.
Medium sugar (M-30) closed unchanged at 2,620/2,742 per quintal.
