"The Commission has not been constituted as per my knowledge," Shah told reporters here.
He was asked whether the Commission had called him for his version on the snoopgate scandal.

Gujarat police had on January 6 refused to register FIR against Modi, his aide Amit Shah and others in the snooping scandal.
