The centre was inaugurated by City Council President Hank Margeson.
"The centre is part of Sonata's strategy to be a truly global company and will help Sonata serve its clients better in an increasingly changing global delivery model that demands closer interaction with clients," the company said in a release.
Sonata is expanding its existing talent in US operations with this facility to over 100 employees, to better service the needs of its long standing customers.
In a bid to provide quality career opportunities locally, the firm has started recruiting talent from the University of Washington and Washington State University through its LEAD programme.
