The 49-year-old "Chennai Express" star, who played the titular role of a lovelorn alcoholic in the 2002 romantic-drama film, uploaded a video mouthing his famous monologue, "babuji ne kahaa gaon chhod do, sabne kahaa paro ko chhod do..."
"Saved by the candle... It's kinda strange to do me by me..." the actor tweeted.
Shah Rukh also took to Twitter to thank the entire team of the movie and shared a collage of different posters of "Devdas".
"Thanks Sanjay, Binod, Prakashji, Bela, Madhuri, Aish, Sarojji, Vaibhavi, Ismail Monty & whole team & Devbabu for the masterpiece," he captioned the picture.
