During their demonstration at the Press Club here, the employees raised slogans against the Finance Department and the government.
They demanded clearance of their dues of Cost of Living Allowance since 1999 and implementation of the Sixth Pay Commission.
The Union will continue the stir if the state government failed to implement the demands in the forthcoming Assembly session, president of Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) Union Dev Raj Bali said
We have been suffering for the last four years, but the government and the Finance Department has been sleeping over the issue, Bali added.
