Shirdi Sai Baba Foundation (SSBF) has adopted 10 Para Athletes of Paralympic Committee of India (PCI) keeping the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in mind.
Speaking on the occasion, the passionate sports promoter, Aushim Khetarpal and the head of SSBF said, We have designed rigorous programmes for the training of these 10 athletes. They are Amit Kumar (Triple Jump), Vinay Kumar Lal (400m) Sunder Singh Gurjar and Sandeep Chaudhary (Javelin), Rohit Kumar (Discus Throw), Arvind Kumar (Discus Throw), Ram Pal (High Jump), and others. They will surely prove their mettle in front of the world.
He further informed: The FMCG Brand Krishna Sai which has been launched few months back under SSBF being marketed by Orient Tradelink Ltd. is also contributing 5 paisa from every pack of masala sold for the training and development of these Para Athletes.
