Steel remain steady in thin trade

Quiet conditions persisted at the steel market as prices continued to trade in a tight range in the absence of wortwhile activity from the construction units and settled around the previous level.
Traders said negligible enquiries from construction units against sufficient stocks mainly kept steel prices unchanged.

Saria Kamdhenu: 8-mm Rs 39,500, 10-mm Rs 37,700, 12-mm Rs 37,100, 16-25 mm Rs 37,100.
MS Angle: (50x5) (50x6) Rs 42,000, (40x5) (40x6) Rs 42,800.
