from the foundation of Chandrodaya temple Vrindaban two days ago, was recovered today, police said.
"Four persons including Security supervisor Vinay Kumar have been arrested and the idol has been recovered," SSP Rakesh Singhsaid, adding the security guard has confessed his guilt.
"He misguided the three others and told them that idol of gold has been placed in the foundation," he stated adding thatall the four have been sent to jail.
The foundation stone of the the tallest temple of the world was laid by President Pranab Mukherji.
